As our campaign continues to gain interest and momentum, I am receiving an increasing number of messages asking ‘how can I help?’ Here are the main avenues where we need assistance. Your participation in one or more of these activities will go a long way in securing an election victory on June 7th.
Contributions: The most important part of running a campaign for office is getting your message out there to the voters. The most expensive piece of creating message awareness and getting the message out is print: Signage and flyers. Any donation you can make to offset some of these costs goes a long way in creating awareness and securing a victory. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Yard Signs: We have a significant number of signs posted throughout the Trustee Area, but we have more. If you live in our Trustee Area and are not yet hosting a yard sign, take one-minute to fill-in the form on our Yard Sign page and we’ll get it planted quickly. Thank you for letting your friends and neighbors know that your household supports our campaign.
Endorsements: One of the surest ways of proclaiming your support is to add your name to our Endorsements page where you will join the over-100 organizations and individuals that have made that commitment. An endorsement is a much more powerful way of showing the entire community where you stand. It is fine for a candidate to say that people ‘support’ their campaign…even with little to no evidence of such, other than to tell people to “ask around”…but an endorsement is a tangible, powerful message backed-up with facts. Join those that have thus far chosen to endorse this candidate and campaign and take one-minute to fill-in the form on the Endorsements page.
Flyer Distribution: During the last leg of this campaign, we have volunteers going door-to-door talking to neighbors and distributing a one-page flyer with information about why Debbie is the best choice in this election to represent the constituents of Trustee Area 5. We are looking for additional committed volunteers to help us carry our message to the entire community. If you can donate one hour of time to knock on 30 or so doors and distribute our flyer, we will gladly put you to work!
