How do you tell if you are registered to vote? It’s a simple check. Go to https://www.voteinfo.net/AmIRegistered/ and enter your date of birth and either the last four digits of your Social Security Number or the last four digits of your driver’s license number. If you are registered, you will see your information appear in the box.

The address that appears in the search results should be your current address. If it is not, you will need to register again using your current address. Not to worry, though…that is easily accomplished by taking five minutes and going to http://registertovote.ca.gov/

If your information is not found, try using the last four digits of the OTHER ID number you didn’t try in the first search. If that produces no results, then there is no harm in registering again.
